Care and Use
Unless otherwise specified, it is safe to assume ALL dinner and drinkware pieces can go in the dishwasher and microwave! I always recommend handwashing when possible as it is gentler.
Dinnerware pieces are also oven safe as long as the dish is warmed in the oven as it preheats - it is dangerous to shock the piece with extreme temperatures (for example, going from a cold fridge to a very hot oven).
Timing
Some items are listed as "made to order" and will ship within 4-6 weeks, or the time noted in the description. If a piece is listed as "ready to ship", it will usually ship within 5-7 business days.
Shipping
Items will ship via USPS in the U.S. Located outside of the U.S.? Contact us at hello@hopandjans.com to arrange international shipping in advance of purchase.

Due to continuing issues shipping internationally, please reach out in advance of purchase to discuss and arrange a sale: hello@hopandjans.com.
International shipping will be arranged via DHL. Please be aware there are additional customs charges, taxes or fees to receive the package in your country. Any additional charges at customs are the responsibility of the recipient. Once the package leaves my studio we are not able to access any information beyond what is available on the tracking page, and are not responsible for any delays or missing shipments.
Breakages, Damages, and Other Issues, OH MY
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there is an issue. We want you to love your new ceramics, so happy to work with you to make it right! Please contact us at hello@hopandjans.com and let us know what’s going on.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@hopandjans.com.
If you would like to return your piece, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping as well as packing it safely for travel. Any discounted piece (due to sale or *seconds*) are final sale. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless we've made a mistake or a piece arrives damaged. Returns damaged during return will not be accepted. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
